In this role, you will oversee various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate with contractors and suppliers as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
