In this role, you will oversee various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a positive team environment and resolve conflicts as they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of ground up construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, Procore.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Estimating knowledge and experience is a plus.
• Commercial and/or Industrial construction experience
