Construction Project Manager

Pay: $95,000-$130,000/year + performance bonus

Location: Lincoln, NE (on-site)

Schedule: Full-time

Experience required: 6-9 years construction management

The job: Running commercial construction projects start to finish; budgets, schedules, subcontractors, the works; for a regional GC averaging $50M projects and currently running a $330M job. You're the one keeping the job on cost and on time, and the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.

You'll need:

• 6-9 years managing commercial construction projects
• Experience owning budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
• Local to Lincoln/Omaha or firmly planted in the region (not a traveling super/PM)
• Ability to run more than one project at a time without dropping the ball
