Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Georgetown, KY. As a key player in our organization, you will oversee various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paint booth modification projects, including structural enhancements and airflow system improvements.
• Perform work involving sheet metal structures and large-scale components within the paint booth environment.
• Coordinate construction and modification activities while ensuring project quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
