About the job role:

We are a custom, high-end wood shop that manufactures custom doors and products for some of America's elite companies and residential clientele. We are seeking self-motivated, detail oriented, professionally minded Project Managers to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Pay is negotiable upon skill level and experience. This is NOT a remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates multiple project submittals for clients for reviews, approvals, and other milestones
• Must be able to identify and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, design appearance, etc.)
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and sketches
• Perform CAD reviews to check project drawing files’ conformance with CAD standards
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the project design team, potentially across multiple office locations
• Completes change orders and updates records accordingly
• Will work closely with CAD, estimators and programmers and production team members.
• Review design layouts to find and resolve problems involving compatibility with basic design concepts
• AudoCad knowledge and experience.
• Research and understand hardware specifications
• Basic knowledge of woodworking fabrication
• Ability to sketch design ideas
• Drafting Experience

Experience:

• Two years project management experience.
• CAD and AutoCad Knowledge
• Ability to multitask by handling diverse assignments concurrently
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of Tradesoft ProjectPak and ShopPak extremely helpful
• Industrial design background a plus.
