As a Program Manager of Program Analytics and Delivery Control within the Global Facilities & Construction (GFAC) team, you will work at the intersection of project delivery, project controls, and data analytics to help projects run smarter, faster, and more predictably. This role supports large capital construction programs through integrated analytics, reporting, and delivery controls that improve transparency, strengthen forecasting, and enable better decision-making across the program.

You will partner with GFAC and site teams, Finance, Planning, Procurement, and external partners to modernize planning and control systems, improve reporting integrity, and translate sophisticated project data into concise, decision-ready insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program-level analytics, reporting, and delivery controls across large capital construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, executive summaries, and reporting packages that integrate cost, schedule, and delivery performance.
  • Establish and maintain program baselines, performance measures, and reporting structures that improve consistency, transparency, and predictability.
  • Track and analyze commitments, forecasts, and key delivery indicators to identify emerging risks and corrective actions.
  • Partner with project teams, contractors, and functional collaborators to consolidate data from multiple sources and improve reporting quality and usability.
  • Translate project and controls data into clear visuals, insights, and recommendations for project teams and leadership.
  • Lead improvements to program controls, and reporting processes through automation, visualization, and enabled software.
  • Work with internal teams, technology providers, and emerging solution partners to evaluate next-generation planning and control systems for construction delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in project controls, construction cost management, program reporting, delivery performance analysis, or data analytics for capital projects.
  • Experience developing or supporting cost baselines, forecasts, variance analysis, and performance reporting for construction capital projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and convert it into actionable insights.
  • Experience preparing dashboards, reports, and executive-ready summaries for project and senior leadership audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience on large capital construction projects in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, energy, or similar industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization and analytics platforms.
  • Experience integrating cost and schedule information to support forecasting, trend analysis, and delivery performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve reporting workflows and introduce more modern, data-driven ways of managing project performance.
  • CAPM, PMP, AACE, CCM, RICS, or similar relevant certification.
  • Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
