Job Description

We are hiring Component Fabricators! In this role, you will build the structural backbone of residential and commercial buildings by assembling prefabricated wood roof trusses and wall panels. If you enjoy working with your hands, using power tools, and seeing the direct results of your hard work, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Assemble components by placing wood chords, webs, and studs into setup jigs.

• Secure joints using commercial pneumatic nail guns and hydraulic plate press machines.

• Read shop drawings and blueprints to ensure correct framing layouts and spacing.

• Measure and cut lumber precisely using automated component saws when needed.

• Band and stack finished trusses or wall panels for safe forklift transport and shipping.

What We Look For

• Skills: Proficiency with tape measures, hammers, and pneumatic tools.

• Blueprints: Ability to read basic construction framing prints or shop drawings is preferred.

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand on concrete for a 10-hour shift.

• Mindset: Extreme attention to detail to ensure structural integrity and safety.

• Environment: Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing facility.
