We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Laborer to join our growing Pool & Spa team. This position involves assisting with a variety of outdoor construction and maintenance projects including deck building, fencing, pool and spa maintenance, and general labor tasks.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with building decks and fencing
• Help with pool and spa maintenance and installations
• Perform general labor and job site cleanup
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance on job sites

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well with a team
• Construction or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
