Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Field Engineer who can drive the successful execution of infrastructure and construction projects.
This role requires someone who is Motivated, self- driven, quick on their feet,Cando attitude and can easily communicate.
Oversee overnight field operations for retail store remodel projects, ensuring all work is completed according to scope, safety standards, and installation specifications.
Coordinate on-site teams, electricians, technicians, and vendor partners to maintain project timelines, workflow efficiency, and proper check-in/check-out procedures.
Manage gondola demolition and rebuilds, flooring replacement, TV wall electrical installations, palletizing, and fixture placement verification.
Conduct site inspections to confirm accurate fixture installation, measurements, flooring completion, and overall project quality compliance.
Troubleshoot installation issues, track punch/go-back items, coordinate corrective work, and escalate major concerns to project management when necessary.
Maintain daily reporting requirements including site updates, sign-off documentation, inventory tracking, and client-ready photo documentation.
Coordinate project scheduling to ensure timely completion of construction phases while managing resources effectively.
Utilize Email and excel daily.
Conduct construction inspections to verify adherence to plans, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ year of field engineer experience in construction roll out projects. If possible, with retail stores.
Must be able to use Email and Excel
Should have reliable transportation and able to travel
Must be flexible for long 12-hour shifts and weekends
Should be open to work mornings, evenings and nights.
