Job Overview:

The Field Project Manager will work directly with the owner and serve as the primary link between company leadership and field operations.

The position is intended to reduce the owner's daily involvement in field problems, crew coordination, project troubleshooting, and routine operational decisions.

The Field Project Manager will be expected to take ownership of assigned projects and help ensure that employees, subcontractors, materials, schedules, customers, and project expectations remain aligned.

  • Interior remodeling
  • Finish carpentry

  • Painting
  • Basic plumbing
  • Basic electrical
  • Repairs and restoration
  • General residential construction

The Field Project Manager is not expected to personally know every answer or be an expert in every trade.

However, they must understand construction well enough to evaluate the situation, ask the right questions, research solutions, coordinate qualified help when necessary, and keep the project moving forward.
