Job Description:

This position will work as part of the Logistics and Production Control Team (LPC), under direction of the LPC Team Lead, and will provide support for configuration management activities associated with a manufacturing/repair facility for precision aerospace hardware. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

•Configuration Management Support for factory activities

•Creation/Maintenance of technical data packages (Repair Plans, Vendor TDP, BOE)

•Inventory Control Support

•Data Transmission for configuration, performance, and hardware status

•Preparation of Acceptance Packages for customer submittal

•Impact analysis for changes in contract requirements documentation

•Creation/Review of Quality History Packages

•Master Part File generation and maintenance

•Analysis of Factory Operation Systems and coordination between functions for continuous improvement

Desired Skills and Experience:

•The candidate must have strong communication skills, written and oral, and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Desired Skills and Experience:

•A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; preferably in a function related to manufacturing, repair, or depot operations

•Familiarity with engineering processes that relate to manufacturing, design, and support

•Ability to manage projects; schedules, budgets, and priorities.

•Current security clearance

•B.S. / B.A. in a related field.

Other Requirements (Clearance, travel):

SECRET - existing clearance preferred. Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree. Limited to some knowledge of RTX organization.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.Engineering/Other Technical Positions:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by

local laws/regulations.
