## Responsibilities
Prepare and set up job sites, including measuring and marking areas for concrete placement.
Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to specifications and project requirements.
Operate various tools and machinery, including concrete mixers, trowels, and power tools.
Ensure proper curing and finishing of concrete surfaces to meet quality standards.
Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
