Responsibilities

• Perform concrete installation and finishing tasks according to project specifications.
• Prepare and set up job sites, including mixing concrete and ensuring proper equipment is available.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting work for accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Must have Valid Drivers License with good driving history.
• Proven experience in concrete installation and finishing.
• Strong understanding of concrete properties and mixing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Able to want to run their own crew one day.
