Concrete Superintendent

Local to North Florida (Gainesville area) but willing to travel within the State of Florida.

Pay is $100-110k with other benefits (health, 401k, Truck and Gas) . We are looking for someone with a growth mindset to join the team. Project Superintendents hold most of the responsibility in this goal given the client facing nature of the position. The Project Superintendent is responsible for each employee that steps foot on his or her jobsite, and all work they do. We will produce the safest, most efficient and highest quality work that we can because we owe that to our clients, our people and ourselves.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead a team with clean and concise goals.

• Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner

• Ability to apply fundamentals of the means and methods of construction management to projects

• Thorough knowledge of project processes and how each supports the successful completion of a project

• Knowledge of self-perform and labor productivity

• Knowledge of organizational structure and available resources

• Knowledge of layout skill

• Ability to understand document changes and impact to the project schedule

• Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally

Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a Concrete Superintendent or Lead Foreman on self perform structural concrete projects

• Concrete background required.

• Comfortable reading structural and shop drawings

• Can plan and run pours start to finish

• OSHA 30 or willing to obtain

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Live within 80 miles of Gainesville, FL preferred. Relocation candidates considered.
