Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and assessments of concrete surfaces to identify maintenance needs.
• Execute repairs on cracks, spalls, and other surface defects using appropriate techniques and materials.
• Apply sealants and coatings to enhance durability and appearance of concrete surfaces.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on the condition of concrete structures.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in concrete maintenance is a plus.
• Proven experience in concrete repair and maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Strong understanding of concrete properties and repair techniques.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
