Job Description

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our growing concrete construction team. Open positions include Concrete Laborers, Concrete Finishers, and Concrete Foreman. Candidates should be motivated, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced outdoor construction environment. Experience levels may vary depending on position.

Responsibilities

Concrete Laborers

• Prepare and clean job sites
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Assist with forming, pouring, and concrete placement
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Support finishers and foremen with daily operations
• Perform general labor and site cleanup

Concrete Finishers

• Place, level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces
• Operate finishing tools and equipment including screeds, floats, and trowels
• Apply curing compounds and sealers
• Read grades, measurements, and blueprints
• Repair and patch concrete surfaces as needed
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and finish standards

Concrete Foreman

• Supervise and coordinate daily crew activities
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Schedule work and assign crew responsibilities
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety procedures
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Train and mentor crew members

Qualifications

• Construction or concrete experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Leadership experience preferred for Foreman position
• Valid driver’s license preferred or required depending on role
• OSHA certification is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, standing, and climbing
• Ability to work long hours and overtime when necessary
