Overview

We are looking for skilled Concrete Finishers who take pride in their work and have a keen eye for detail. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in shaping and finishing concrete surfaces for various projects. MUST BE PROFICIENT RUNNING EDGES, JOINERS & COLORS MAKING IT LOOK PRETTY!

Responsibilities

• Drive fully loaded work truck pulling a dump trailer to jobsites.
• Clear, demo and excavate existing soil, concrete, debris and vegetation areas.
• Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete to create smooth surfaces operating Mini-Excavators
• Finish surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired texture and appearance.
• Inspect finished work for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Assist in the maintenance and care of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a concrete finisher or in a similar role - Stamped Finishing experience required
• Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Drug Screen EXCLUDING THC
• Valid Drivers License with good driving record
