Responsibilities

• Operate bagging machinery to package concrete products accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor the bagging process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Inspect finished bags for defects and ensure proper sealing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in loading packaged products onto pallets for shipping.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate machinery and follow safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift heavy bags (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
