**Component Assembler

Charlotte, NC 28269

12+ Months (Possible Conversion)

Pay – $17/hr – 1stShift6am - 2:30pm OT up to 4:30pmPay – $18/hr – 2ndShift 4:30pm-3:00am OT up to 2 hours**

[Responsibilities]

- Safely operate power tools to assemble components with precision and prevent defects

- Perform various assembly and product testing tasks by following established procedures

- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and bills of material to ensure accurate assembly

- Consistently meet quality specifications and production deadlines

- Identify and communicate process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality

- Maintain workstation cleanliness and support department-wide housekeeping efforts

- Demonstrate strong work ethic and uphold personal productivity, quality, and safety standards

- Show flexibility and willingness to learn multiple assembly stations

- Availability for overtime and weekend shifts as required

[Required Skills and Experience]

- High School Diploma or GED

- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing assembly

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, standard work instructions, and using precision measuring instruments

- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and focus on safety
