Global Ethics and Compliance (GEC), part of Raytheon’s Legal, Contracts and Compliance (LCC) organization, is excited to announce that we are hiring a Compliance Manager, supporting Anti-corruption Compliance. The Compliance Manager will join a team of anticorruption professionals who design, manage, and implement a world-class anticorruption program. The Compliance Manager will focus on the continual improvement and execution of Raytheon's antibribery and anticorruption compliance program using leading practices, tools and processes. The Compliance Manager will support global business operations, including coordination and active engagement with business development, global contracts, international supply chain and program management. The Compliance Manager will also coordinate with key stakeholders within Raytheon Legal, RTX business units, external business partners and third parties.

What You Will Do

  • Employ antibribery and anticorruption third-party due diligence expertise to analyze and monitor Raytheon's domestic and international third-party relationships with suppliers, customers, distributors, offset partners, acquisition targets and other third parties
  • Apply due diligence best practices to identify bribery and corruption risks arising from the company's operations and business dealings around the world
  • Conduct anticorruption due diligence on Raytheon’s third parties and transactions to identify and mitigate corruption risks or “red flags”
  • Ensure timely and efficient due diligence documentation is properly maintained and dispositioned
  • Be a focal point and subject matter expert providing clear guidance to employees and business partners on due diligence and relevant internal policies and procedures
  • Work positively and collaborate with Global Ethics and Compliance colleagues in areas including anticorruption monitoring, surveillance, and investigations
  • Be an ethics and compliance advocate within the enterprise and to external stakeholders
  • Manage process improvement projects with significant impact to enhance Raytheon’s anticorruption program
  • Possible Work Locations: VA – Arlington or Dulles

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years’ experience in corporate risk management, such as internal audit, supply chain and international procurement or ethics and compliance, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience conducting due diligence

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience analyzing business risks under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other international antibribery and anticorruption laws
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business areas to support program and organizational goals aligned with Raytheon’s anti-bribery and anticorruption compliance program
  • Experience training employees or business partners on due diligence requirements and anti‑corruption expectations
  • Foreign language skills

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
