Compliance Administrator
Pay: $24.00–$26.00/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to support a fast-paced operation by maintaining accurate compliance records and ensuring critical certifications, licenses, and documentation remain current. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple systems and deadlines.
This position offers remote flexibility; however, candidates located in or near the Raleigh, NC area are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee compliance records, certifications, and training documentation.
- Monitor expiration dates for certifications, licenses, vehicle registrations, inspections, and other compliance requirements, proactively notifying the appropriate stakeholders of upcoming renewals.
- Upload and organize project documentation using company software platforms.
- Enter project-related certified payroll hours into the designated reporting system (data entry only; no payroll processing).
- Maintain accurate Excel tracking logs and ensure records are audit-ready.
- Organize and manage documentation across multiple software platforms.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in compliance records.
- Assist with administrative and compliance-related reporting as needed.
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative support, compliance, document control, project coordination, operations support, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining tracking spreadsheets and reports.
- Experience working with multiple software platforms and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in construction, fleet management, safety, certified payroll, or compliance administration is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience tracking employee certifications, licenses, permits, or training records.
- Familiarity with project management or document management software.
- Experience supporting compliance, HR, operations, or project administration functions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
