Primary Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic plans for the overall growth and success of the company
- Leading, directing, and evaluating the work of other sales, account management, and profitability of the NAM Completions business
- Define and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and market share targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key markets and customer segments.
- Building alliances and partnerships with other organizations
- Driving the company’s financial performance and growth
- Overseeing daily operations and making high-level decisions about policy and strategy
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, stakeholders, and shareholders
- Promoting the company’s values and mission, and ensuring all company activities adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Representing the company in public settings, and interacting with the media, industry participants, and clients
- Identify and evaluate strategic acquisition targets that align with the company’s growth objectives and long-term vision
- Identify strategic acquisition targets.
- Manage asset base and forecast future capital expenditure needs.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, R&D, and operations to align product capabilities with customer requirements.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to guide product improvements and innovations.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies in coordination with finance and product teams.
- Develop and manage sales and departmental budgets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to executive leadership.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and customer focus.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an executive role
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- MBA or relevant degree
