Position Summary:
The Completion Cleaning Associate is responsible for the final touches on the yacht. We are looking for a dependable, personable individual who has an eye for quality and strong work ethics. Job functions include cleaning, polishing, buffing, waxing and preparation necessary prior to distribution.
Job Responsibilities:
- With minimal supervision, perform cleaning tasks on boats utilizing various chemicals and hand-tools such as a buffer
- Communicates the current product, process or material constraints or issues to the team leader
- Must be accustomed to physical tasks for long periods of time. This includes, but not limited to, standing, kneeling, reaching, lifting up to 20lbs, bending, using your hands and working with various materials and chemicals
- When asked, assist with training team members to develop job knowledge and improve performance
- Maintain daily labor tracking records and participate in daily cleaning/5S routine
- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred

- Pass a background check, drug test and physical
- Ability to work overtime as requested
- Promote a safe and clean work environment
- Willingness to work on a team or individually
- Able to follow manufacturing instruction and understand processes
- Must practice PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) policies as mandated per area. (Use safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, etc.)
- Must follow company safety guidelines
- Must be fluent in the English language
