A rapidly growing manufacturing company is looking for a qualified Company Trainer to join their motivated team in advancing high-quality valve products with creativity, passion, and unmatched expertise at a global scale.

Responsibilities:

•Company facilitator that is responsible for developing and delivering educational/ training.

•Ensures that the training is effective and maintains the standards of the company’s products.

•Works closely with the leadership team and department heads to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions.

•Provides support and mentoring for new employees.

•Conducts evaluations where improvements in training are needed.

•Develops systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-4 years of related experience of training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required

•Previous manufacturing experience; Required (valve industry related manufacturer, Preferred ).

•Knowledge of oil and gas standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Required

•Experience with the ERP system. Required

•Possess Research, Organizational, Presentation, Listening, and Analytical Skillsets. Required
