We need a communications pro to join our team to author, create and disseminate our digital playbooks across both internal and external audiences.

You are passionate about communications, enjoy leading cross-functional collaborative projects and ideally have a bit of a project manager in you. You enjoy and excel at writing, influencing, pitching, and presenting.
You will work closely with our global marketing, product and sales teams to focus on delivering our customer value proposition and achieving objectives around key initiatives.
Responsibilities
Closely collaborate with global marketing leaders to understand business needs and develop effective communications strategies, plans, media channels, and tools to help achieve business objectives
Lead development of positioning and differentiated messaging for new and existing offerings
Work side-by-side with our internal digital, demand, content and PR teams; external agencies; and other subject matter experts to execute all communications
Develop a wide range of communications, including customer presentations, selling tools, playbooks, webinars, trade show promotions, advertising, PR campaigns and educational programs
Cascade messaging and communications to all needed stakeholders
Develop timelines and manage projects from creative direction and development through to deployment.
Report on project progress and adoption rates with relevant parties; gather feedback and guide improvements to optimize and evolve
Analyze quality and effectiveness of marketing communications initiatives,and present metrics-based recommendations for continued improvement
Seek opportunities to support the Trimble brand and enhance the company's image– specifically within the construction industry
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record of accomplishments in marketing/marketing communications/advertising/business management
Demonstrated mastery of multiple business communications disciplines, including integrated campaign development, sales enablement, interactive, video, among others
Excellent English language skills; including very strong oral and written communication, grammar, proofreading, editing, and spelling abilities
Demonstrated ability to provide direction and feedback to teams
Strong project management skills and high level of attention to detail
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently—from concept and strategy development through tactical execution
Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Dynamic personality with a “can-do" attitude
Appreciation and sensitivity to a global environment and cultural differences
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, advertising, or related area desired but not required with equivalent, relevant work experience
Preferred Skills
Proven effectiveness at understanding and solving complex challenges
Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
You’re collaborative and enjoy fostering relationships and helping others
Experience with B2B targeting and messaging; construction industry
