Job Description

Working in the department of communications & community engagement, this position will lead Ingalls’ employer brand marketing strategy and execution for HR. This role is responsible for the marketing strategy, employer brand development, and communication strategy aimed at attracting and retaining talent. Work with internal teams and external vendors to design a consistent brand and toolkit of collateral to use at recruiting and networking events, media campaigns, and community events. Partners with internal teams to craft content, including campaigns for all Ingalls Connect tools and social media. Meets regularly with HR partners and senior leadership on branding, messaging, goals, objectives and progress.

Basic Qualifications

High School diploma with 14 years in related field; Bachelor's Degree 6 Years with in related field or Master's Degree with 4 years of relevant professional experience. The equivalent in education, training and experience maybe sustituted in lieu of degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working leading teams to develop campaigns including paid advertising, digital, multimedia and marketing strategies, including the creative development process. Experience developing brand strategies, employee campaigns, media advertising and marketing campaigns, with media budget oversight. Experience working with various stakeholders and community partners as needed.
