**NW Industrial Staffing **is recruiting an experienced Commercial Supervisor/Foreman for a company that does foundation work, basement & wall repair, concrete reinforcement, lifting & repair as well as Seismic Retrofitting to lead their commercial crew on jobsites across Oregon & Washington - relocation provided:

JOB DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS

* Work alongside crew member performing commercial foundation work: helical pile installation, steel pile driving, and micro-pile/rock anchor installation

* Operate heavy equipment as needed (excavator, skid steer, reach forklift, drilling equipment)

* Welding and fabrication on site as required

* Travel and stay overnight as jobsite locations driving company vehicles required: 80%

* Plan and sequence each job in coordination with the project manager and office

* Coordinate materials, equipment, and crew logistics ahead of mobilization

* Communicate progress, schedule changes, and field issues back to the office

* Verify site conditions match the plans; flag conflicts early

* Own jobsite safety: daily JHAs, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning

* Enforce PPE requirements and company safety policies

* Maintain site safety documentation and incident reporting

* Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable state regulations

* 5+ years of construction experience; supervisor / crew lead experience preferred

* Valid driver’s license with a clean record: CDL is a huge plus

* Must be capable of heavy lifting with a willingness to perform physical labor

* Willingness to travel and stay overnight across Oregon and Washington

JOB DETAILS

* Location: Eugene, OR 97402

* Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm - OT as needed

* Pay Rate: $40.00/h

* Background check required
