Commercial Service Plumber Qualifications:

• 2-3 + Years of Residential or Commercial Service Plumbing experience preferred
• Journeyman's License required
• Diagnostic / Troubleshooting required
• Domestic Water, Sanitary Waste, Storm Drainage, Gas Piping and Fixture experience preferred

Commercial Service Plumber Responsibilities:

• This role involves servicing and repairing residential and light commercial plumbing systems in the Bangor area
• Responsibilities include responding to service calls and emergencies, diagnosing plumbing issues, repairing or replacing piping, valves, fixtures, and equipment
• Additional duties include working with water, waste, drainage, and gas systems, and performing preventative maintenance
• Communicate clearly with customers while explaining repair options and upgrades
