Job Overview:

Service Foreman

Also known as: Service Crew Lead, Field Service Supervisor, Roofing Service Team Leader

Location: Minnesota RMM (Service) Division

Compensation: $40 – $50 per hour, based on experience

Know commercial roofing? Prefer fixing problems over running production jobs? This could be a great fit.

We are looking for an experienced roofing service professional who knows how to find leaks, make solid repairs, and take care of customers. You will lead a small service crew (typically 1-2 people), but this is a hands-on role - not a desk job. You will be joining a large, established national roofing company with room to grow. As we continue adding service crews to this division, strong performers will have opportunities to take on more responsibility and move up. We need someone who can look at a roof, figure out what is going on, and get the work done right.

WHY CHOOSE US OVER ANOTHER ROOFING COMPANY?

Service Work Only

Focus on troubleshooting, repairs, diagnostics, and inspections - not large production installs. You will still work outdoors, but service work typically means less time exposed to extreme heat or cold than full-day production roofing.Potential Overtime

Opportunities for overtime may be available based on operational needs.Room to Work

A high level of autonomy with less day-to-day oversight. We trust experienced people to do their jobs.Use Your Expertise

Just you using your roofing knowledge to help customers stay dry and protect one of their most valuable assets.Flexible Schedule

Flexibility in your work schedule based on customer and operational needs.Paid Travel Time

Paid window/drive time - including driveway-to-driveway travel where applicable, subject to established travel-distance guidelines.| | | |

  • Lead and work alongside 1-2 service crew members.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.

  • Use mobile service applications to document inspections and completed repairs.

  • Identify additional service or repair needs when you see them.

  • Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed.

  • Work safely and follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • At least 3 years of commercial roofing service experience, including repairs and diagnostics.

  • Ability to locate and repair roof leaks independently.

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Strong safety awareness and working knowledge of OSHA requirements.

  • Comfort using a mobile device for photos, inspections, and service reporting.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt when the day changes.

  • Experience leading or mentoring a small crew is preferred.WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive pay: $40-$50 per hour, based on verified experience.

  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.

  • 401(k) plan with company match.

If you know roofing, like solving problems, and want the freedom to do quality work without someone constantly looking over your shoulder, we want to hear from you.
