Statewide Travel | Full-Time | Based in Orlando, FL

We are a premier commercial swimming pool construction firm delivering complex aquatic facilities throughout Florida and beyond. Our portfolio includes municipal aquatic centers, resort-style water features, competition pools, lazy rivers, and specialty aquatic environments.

This is not an entry-level foreman role. We are looking for a confident, decisive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.

The Role

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for executing specialized commercial pool construction activities under the direction of the Lead Superintendent. The ideal candidate possesses extensive field experience, a proven history of crew leadership, and advanced knowledge of commercial swimming pool construction methods.

The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating daily field operations, directing crews, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take direction from the Lead Superintendent and execute assigned construction activities.

  • Lead and supervise field crews while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

  • Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials required to complete assigned scopes of work.

  • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and layout information.

  • Oversee and perform pool construction activities including:- Formwork installation

    • Rebar placement and reinforcement assembly
    • Concrete placement and finishing
    • Pool plumbing systems installation
    • Equipment pad and piping installation
    • Structural and site-related construction tasks
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, engineering requirements, and company standards.

  • Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce all company and OSHA safety requirements.

  • Monitor crew performance and provide training and mentorship to team members.

  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and resource needs to the Lead Superintendent.

  • Maintain accurate daily reports, time records, and material tracking documentation.

  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and vendors as required.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience leading and managing construction crews.

  • Strong understanding of commercial pool construction processes and sequencing.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with:- Formwork systems

    • Rebar placement and tying
    • Concrete placement and finishing
    • Commercial pool plumbing installation
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

  • Knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA requirements.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

  • Experience with large-scale commercial aquatic facilities.
  • Ability to operate construction equipment and tools.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
