A growing commercial plumbing and mechanical contractor is looking to add a true Foreman level plumber to their team.
This is a field leadership role for someone who can independently run commercial plumbing projects, coordinate crews, manage layout, read blueprints, communicate with superintendents and inspectors, and keep jobs moving without constant oversight.
This is not residential service work, drain cleaning, or an apprentice level opening.
What they’re looking for:
• Active Michigan Journeyman or Master Plumber License
• Commercial plumbing experience
• Foreman, crew lead, or project leadership experience
• Blueprint reading and layout experience
• Strong communication and accountability in the field
Responsibilities include:
• Running commercial plumbing projects from rough-in through finish
• Coordinating with GCs, inspectors, customers, and other trades
• Managing crews and field workflow
• Planning materials and solving field issues
• Maintaining clean, organized, professional job sites
