Job Summary

We are seeking Commercial Plumber Mechanic (s) and Jr Mechanics to work on plumbing projects within the commercial construction sector. This role involves on-site plumbing operations, ensuring project timelines are met and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess commercial plumbing experience new construction and retro fit.

Responsibilities

• New Construction and retro fit commercial plumber
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure project completion.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• All work is in PA, Majority Delaware, Chester, Montgomery Counites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing.
• Saw Cut, Rough ins
• Plumbing- Toilets, urinals, bathroom fixtures
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
