Established commercial plumbing contractor in the DFW/Irving area is hiring an experienced journeyman plumber to run service calls and light commercial install work across the metro. Stable book of business, well-stocked trucks, and OT for guys who want it.
What you'll actually do day-to-day
- Run service calls on commercial buildings — restaurants, retail, office, light industrial
- Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems: drains, water lines, fixtures, water heaters, backflow
- Install and replace fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and piping
- Handle code-compliance work and tie-ins on smaller commercial jobs
- Read service tickets, communicate with property managers and GCs on-site
- Document work cleanly, log materials, leave the job better than you found it
What you bring
- 5+ years commercial plumbing experience
- Active TX Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- Clean driving record
- Commercial service experience preferred over new-construction-only
- Comfortable running calls solo and troubleshooting without hand-holding
- Backflow, gas, or medical gas certs are a plus
