Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Install new HVAC/R equipment and systems as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC/R technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC/R preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• EPA certification is a plus.
