Key Responsibilities – Commercial HVAC Service Technician

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems.
  • Execute preventive maintenance and start-ups.
  • Calibrate controls; verify system performance and documentation.
  • Safely use ladders; work at heights and in mechanical spaces.
  • Maintain vehicle condition; complete monthly inspection forms.
  • Manage truck stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
  • Communicate clearly with customers; uphold professional standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotation; complete after-hours service tickets.

Qualifications – Commercial HVAC Service Technician

  • Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
  • Active EPA Universal certification.
  • Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to climb/balance on ladders; work in elevated locations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Preferred Qualifications – Commercial HVAC Service Technician

  • Commercial refrigeration service experience.
  • BAS/DDC exposure; light controls troubleshooting.
  • OEM/start-up certifications; brazing and recovery proficiency.
  • Tablet/CMMS work order experience.
