We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician and Installer to join our team in Drums, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions.
Install new HVAC equipment and systems according to industry standards and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed on HVAC systems.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.
Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
