Commercial & Industrial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Cumming, GA

Pay: $35.00–$45.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

• Service chillers, boilers, cooling towers, rooftop units (RTUs), package units, split systems, VRF/VRV systems, air handlers, make-up air units, exhaust and ventilation systems, pumps, and hydronic systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls.

• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, mechanical, and HVAC control systems.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.

• Complete accurate service documentation using mobile technology.

• Communicate professionally with customers while providing outstanding service.

• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial and industrial HVAC service experience preferred.

• EPA Universal Certification required.

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience servicing chillers, boilers, RTUs, cooling towers, and other commercial HVAC equipment.

• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC) is a plus.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical and control systems.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
