What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and associated mechanical equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on a variety of commercial and industrial systems
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide exceptional service
• Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow established maintenance procedures, safety standards, and company protocols
• Work independently in the field while collaborating with internal teams when needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional overtime as business needs require

Equipment & Systems Experience

Experience servicing and troubleshooting the following is highly desired:

• DX Systems
• Water Source Heat Pumps
• Split Systems up to 100 tons
• Packaged Rooftop Units (RTUs) up to 100 tons
• VAV Systems
• Water-Cooled Self-Contained Units
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Pumps
• Cooling Towers
• Exhaust Fans
• Direct Digital Controls (DDC)

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• High School Diploma or GED
