What You’ll Be Doing

• Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance across a variety of facilities
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and accurately
• Conduct site surveys and move-out inspections
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• Submit service tickets, reports, and invoicing in a timely manner
• Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately once per month)
• Handle a balanced mix of service work, preventative maintenance, and repairs

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
