Position Overview

Job Title:HVAC Technician
Schedule:Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | Overtime Available | On-call Rotation

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems
Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Perform system inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance
Complete warranty work, adjustments, and repairs
Follow safety standards and meet customer expectations
Maintain accurate service documentation and complete work efficiently

Requirements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification\
State HVAC license (or ability to obtain within the probation period)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities
Familiarity with systems such as chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV
OSHA 10 certification or higher
OEM certifications (manufacturer-specific training a plus)
