Job Description

About the Role:

We're hiring for a large-scale commercial new construction project in the Pensacola area. This role is open to both experienced mechanics and foreman-level candidates with crew leadership experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of commercial HVAC experience
• Foreman/lead experience preferred
• Ability to install commercial HVAC systems from blueprints/specs — ductwork, RTUs, chillers, piping
• Experience with layout and rough-in per plans and code
• Ability to read and work from mechanical drawings and submittals
• Skilled in brazing, soldering, and pressure testing piping systems
• Experience setting and starting up rooftop units and air handlers
• Able to troubleshoot and commission systems at project closeout
• For foreman-level candidates: ability to direct crews and coordinate with GC/other trades
