Established commercial HVAC contractor seeking an experienced installer to join our growing team. We specialize in retrofit replacement work, equipment change-outs, duct modifications, rooftop units, split systems, and tenant improvement projects.

We are looking for a dependable technician who can install professionally, solve field issues, and help keep projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

Install commercial rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, and related equipment
Perform equipment change-outs and retrofit replacements
Ductwork modifications, transitions, and curb adaptors
Read plans and field conditions
Coordinate with crane lifts, deliveries, and crews
Maintain clean and safe jobsites
Communicate professionally with office staff and customers
Help train apprentices and mid-level installers
Consistent commercial work with experienced support staff

Qualifications

Required

5+ years HVAC install experience
Valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and with crew

Preferred

Commercial retrofit experience
Lead installer experience
Rooftop unit replacement experience
Sheet metal / duct modification skills

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($34–$46/hr DOE)
