Join a Leading Team as a Commercial HVAC Lead Install Foreman

Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to take the lead on exciting commercial installation projects? Our client is looking for a Commercial HVAC Lead Install Foreman to oversee and execute HVAC installations with precision, leadership, and efficiency.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned projects—ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work hands-on in the field, lead a team of installers, and play a critical role in delivering top-tier HVAC solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the installation, change-out, and upgrade of commercial HVAC systems

• Manage project timelines and ensure installation work meets quality and safety standards

• Interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams with confidence

• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues in the field

• Mentor, supervise, and support installation crew members

• Enforce proper safety procedures and site protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience

• Strong knowledge of hydronic, chilled water, DX, forced air, heat pump, VAV, constant volume, exhaust, and heat recovery systems

• Skilled in sheet metal ductwork installation, soldering, brazing, and welding

• EPA Universal Certification

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Comfortable working at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
