Join HardHat Workforce SolutionsHardHat Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Commercial EIFS & Stucco Mechanics for projects across the Southeast and nationwide.What You'll Do- Install Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS)

Apply traditional stucco and synthetic stucco systems
Install insulation board, reinforcing mesh, base coat, and finish coat
Read blueprints and follow project specifications
Work safely from scaffolding, lifts, and ladders
Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting production schedules

What We're Looking For- Commercial EIFS and/or stucco experience required

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
OSHA 10 certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to travel is a plus
