**Ever wanted to be the hero who saves the day for a frustrated facility manager? We’re looking for a hands-on pro to install, fix, and fine-tune commercial door systems. You’re the face of the brand in the field, making sure every entrance we touch is smooth, safe, and "set it and forget it" simple.

**What You’ll Actually Do

**

• **Fix & Build:

  ** Get your hands dirty repairing and installing everything from automatic sliders to manual storefronts.

• **Chat with Clients:

  ** Walk customers through your work and give them the "pro tips" they need to keep things running.

• **Tech & Logistics:

  ** Log your wins on our mobile app, manage your parts, and keep your service rig organized.

• **Safety First:

  ** Keep it clean and follow the rules (AAADM/OSHA) so everyone goes home safe.

**What You Bring to the Table

**

• **The Basics:

  ** You’ve got at least a year of experience in doors or a similar trade.

• **Tool Savvy:

  ** You’re a pro with power tools and can troubleshoot mechanical or low-voltage electrical gremlins.

• **The Grit:

  ** You can lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and don't mind putting in some OT or jumping on a rotating on-call shift.

• **The Paperwork:

  ** High school diploma, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.

• **The Mindset:

  ** You’re always looking to learn something new and get better every single day.
