Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with project managers, architects, and engineers to address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project status, including labor and material usage.
• Lead and mentor construction staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
