About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee all phases of a large state of the art construction project from planning through completion. This role involves managing budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the construction project from pre-construction to closeout

  • Develop detailed project schedules and budgets and ensure adherence

  • Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and management

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards

  • Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams

  • Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and reports

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any construction or scheduling issues

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management

  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements

  • OSHA certification or knowledge of safety standards preferred
