What You Will Do

• **Shape the Infrastructure

  **: Execute precision heavy and light-gauge metal framing for commercial walls, structural components, and custom partitions.

• **Master the Finishes

  **: Install and hang drywall flawlessly, delivering seamless surfaces that meet strict architectural specifications.

• **Specialize the Spaces

  **: Install Acoustical Ceiling Tiles (ACT) and specialized Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panels to optimize building acoustics, durability, and aesthetics.

• **Secure the Details

  **: Hang doors, set heavy-duty frames, and install commercial-grade hardware with absolute precision for perfect functionality and security.

• **Drive Project Success

  **: Collaborate daily with site superintendents and project managers to crush deadlines, solve field challenges proactively, and maintain a spotless, safety-first job site.

• **Hit the Road

  **: Travel locally and regionally around Middle Tennessee to various job sites as project needs evolve.

What You Bring

• **Core Experience

  **: 2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial metal framing, drywalling, ACT, or FRP installation is highly preferred.

• **Job Requirements

  **: A valid driver’s license is strictly required for daily travel to job sites.

• **Language Skills

  **: Conversational or fluent Spanish speaking skills are highly preferred to coordinate with our diverse field teams.

• **Technical Literacy

  **: Ability to read blueprints, interpret construction drawings, and translate layouts into physical structures.

• **Tool Fluency

  **: Mastery of standard carpentry hand and power tools, with a deep commitment to sharp precision and strict safety protocols.
