We provide essential products and services to restaurants, assisted living communities, fitness centers, hospitality businesses, and other commercial customers. We are looking for aCommercial Appliance & Sanitation Service Technicianwho wants to grow with us.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, building customer relationships, and taking ownership of their work.

What You'll Do

You will play an important role in keeping our customers' operations running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver commercial detergents, sanitation products, and supplies to customers
• Perform routine maintenance on commercial dishwashers and related equipment
• Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial dishwashing equipment
• Identify mechanical issues and determine the appropriate repair or maintenance solution
• Install, maintain, and service ancillary equipment and hardware
• Build positive, long-term relationships with customers
• Communicate professionally with customers and understand their needs
• Maintain accurate service and customer records
• Keep your company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Identify opportunities to introduce our products and services to potential new customers
• Help grow the business by providing excellent customer service and identifying new opportunities

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with ago-getter mentalitywho isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

Required:

• At least1–2 years of experiencein a mechanically inclined field preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent work ethic and reliability
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
• Ability to lift25–100+ lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
