Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on chiller systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC chiller units.
• Install new chiller systems and components as needed.
• Conduct system performance tests and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and service requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding system status and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC chiller service and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly chiller operation and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• EPA certification is a plus.
